Terms and Conditions

1. Brand Identity & Operating Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the electric mobility and passenger carriage services provided by SF Cabs (the registered business name), operating under the customer-facing brand identity SYZORA — Premium Mobility (“we”, “us”, or “the Business”), located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. All journeys originate from Hyderabad and are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

2. Booking Requests & Confirmation

Submitting a booking request via our interactive fare calculator, website forms, or direct WhatsApp message constitutes a request for quotation and availability. A booking request does not constitute an automatic or binding reservation until formally confirmed by SYZORA dispatch via WhatsApp or email with trip details and chauffeur assignment.

There is no online payment gateway on this website. Fares and terms are communicated transparently prior to ride commencement.

3. Fare Calculation & Transparency

Fares are calculated strictly as per the published vehicle rate cards:

• MG ZS EV (Red): Airport Transfer: ₹30/km; Outstation One-Way: ₹30/km; Outstation Round Trip: ₹15/km (billed on total round-trip km); Local Package (8h/80km): ₹3,000 (Extra Hour: ₹200/hr, Extra Kilometre: ₹15/km).
• Kia Carens Clavis EV (White): Airport Transfer: ₹40/km; Outstation One-Way: ₹40/km; Outstation Round Trip: ₹20/km (billed on total round-trip km); Local Package (8h/80km): ₹4,000 (Extra Hour: ₹300/hr, Extra Kilometre: ₹20/km).
• Tour Packages: Devotional and long-distance tours are provided on a “Request a Quote” basis with bespoke fixed quotations based on actual route itineraries.

SYZORA adheres to a strict No Surge Pricing policy. We do not apply dynamic demand multipliers or surge fees.

4. Charges Excluded From Base Fares

The following incidental transit and facility charges are strictly excluded from the base quoted fare and must be paid by the customer as per actuals:

• Airport Entry and Parking Fees (at RGIA or destination airports).
• National & State Highway Toll Plaza Charges (FasTag/cash).
• Interstate Border Entry Taxes / State Permits (where applicable).
• Commercial Parking Charges at temples, hotels, or venues.

5. Vehicle Selection & Availability

Our fleet exclusively consists of the MG ZS EV (Red) and Kia Carens Clavis EV (White). Customers have the right to select their vehicle model. We do not substitute generic petrol or diesel vehicles without explicit customer consent. In the unforeseen event of technical maintenance, an equivalent or higher category EV will be coordinated in advance.

6. Passenger Responsibilities & Safety

Passengers are requested to maintain vehicle decorum. Smoking, consumption of prohibited substances, and carrying hazardous goods are strictly prohibited. Passengers are responsible for ensuring their personal belongings are removed upon concluding the ride.

7. Route Alterations & Force Majeure

While every endeavor is made to ensure punctuality, SYZORA cannot be held liable for unforeseen delays arising from severe traffic congestion, road closures, natural disruptions, or force majeure conditions. Route deviations requested by the passenger during transit will adjust the final distance and fare accordingly.
